THE SAINT, ST KILDA

A much loved and historical haunt for the dynamic audience of St Kilda The Saint hotel was seeking a new life. We were invited to help recreate the brand for a modern audience. Aiming to design an offer intrinsically connected to St Kilda, we wove together the old and new, with tradition and innovation in harmonious co-existence to create separate restaurant, beer garden, whiskey lounge and nightclub spaces. With an ever-increasing population in the city The St Hotel saw an opportunity to engage a new market by creating a sophisticated, aspirational space where none had previously existed.
