Maropost

Bond Theory partnered with global software company Maropost in the establishment of a new Australian Headquarters in the heart of Maroochydore CBD, Qld.

Their new workplace needed to embrace their culture, support their focus on community, accommodate their rapid growth, and be a destination for their staff.

We established customized areas, quiet room, focus booths, and collaboration lounges for focus work. Both the café and reception areas serve as spaces for fostering social gatherings and community building. All these elements support optimal space flexibility.

During the strategy phase, we held leadership briefing surveys to understand core values, client interaction, desire for a team-oriented atmosphere, and requirements for flexibility and growth.

Bond Theory remained flexible during times of Maropost’s transition to ensure a future-proofed workplace. We were on hand to perfect and adapt the design to accommodate changing requirements throughout the design phase.

Maropost’s design preference was for a fresh and muted palette. Materials and fittings were strategically selected by the Bond Theory design team to celebrate local coastal and corporate influences.
