FOOTSCRAY PENTOUSE

These Penthouse suites were re-designed with the intent for the client to sell off the plan. The brief called to evoke a hotel lifestyle and to include bespoke entry way storage, living space amenity with fire place and a review of the master suite floor plan to include walk in robe, study and open en suite/wet room.

Embracing the city views beyond, each of the spaces was designed with an outward looking aspect. The spaces are comprised of two main spaces, connected with a central spine (that housed support areas, bathroom facilities); a ‘functional zone’.
